PHP Send Mail to Users in database with HTML check box

PHP Send Mail to Users in database with HTML check box

I need some help about sending mail with PHP.
I tried something but didn't work.
I can get user names and mails from database, and I want to use this with
html check box and text box.
needed function : send written text in text box to checked mail addresses.
yeah that's it, looking some help :)
